Thank you for choosing to use Boomi, a mobile application developed by Boomi Team ("we", "us", or "Boomi Team"). Protecting your personal privacy is a fundamental commitment we adhere to. This Privacy Policy outlines the procedures by which we collect, utilize, secure, and handle the personal information you provide when accessing and using the Boomi mobile application (hereafter referred to as the "App"). By using the App, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms specified in this Policy.
When you register an account or use different functions of Boomi, we may collect the following types of information:
· Account Information: Your full name, email address, date of birth, and the password you set for your Boomi account. This information is used to confirm your identity, protect your account security, and customize the App experience according to your needs.
· Usage Data: Details about your activities in the App, such as which features you use, how often you use them, and your interaction habits. This data is analyzed to increase user engagement and improve the App’s functions.
· Device Information: Including your device model, operating system version, IP address, and unique hardware identifiers. This helps us ensure the App works well with your device, maintain security standards, and provide stable performance.
· Tracking Tools: We use common tracking technologies (like cookies and web beacons) to monitor your preferences, enhance our services, and evaluate your interaction with the App.
· Technical Logs: These include details such as the start and end times of your App sessions, the App pages you browse, and any technical problems that occur. This information helps us solve issues quickly and improve the service’s stability.
Your information enables us to:
· Keep your account in use and manage your personalized settings.
· Provide you with customized content and recommendations based on your preferences.
· Develop new features and optimize the overall performance of Boomi.
We may send you the following types of messages:
· Important Notifications: For example, instructions to reset your password, alerts to confirm your login, and updates related to account security.
· Marketing Content: This type of communication is optional. You can choose to stop receiving these messages at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or adjusting the settings in the App.
We collect and analyze data to understand user usage trends and guide the future development of the App. Non-identifiable data may be shared with analytics partners to further improve the user experience.
· Third-Party Service Providers: Trusted external partners (such as cloud storage service providers, analytics companies, and communication service providers) may access your data only to complete specific tasks on our behalf. These partners are required to follow strict confidentiality agreements.
· Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required by laws, regulations, or legal procedures, or to protect the safety of Boomi users and the general public.
· Business Changes: If Boomi is involved in a merger, acquisition, or other business transactions, your data may be transferred as part of the assets in the transaction. We will notify you promptly if such a transfer occurs.
4. Photo & Face Data Policy – Boomi
4.1 No Facial Recognition or Biometric Data Collection
Boomi does not collect, extract, store, or analyze any facial recognition or biometric identifiers.
The App does not:
• detect or identify individual users,
• map facial structures or geometry,
• create or store face templates, or
• perform identity-based analysis of uploaded photos.
4.2 Purpose of Image Processing
Uploaded images are used solely to generate AI-powered cartoon and comic-style effects.
The visual transformation process focuses only on artistic expression, such as:
• stylization,
• color enhancement, and
• expression exaggeration for cartoon effects.
No medical, security, or identity-based analysis is performed, and no data is used for training biometric systems.
4.3 Temporary Processing & Deletion
Image processing takes place within the App environment.
Any temporary processing data related to photos or facial areas is used only during the rendering process and is immediately deleted once the effect is generated.
Boomi does not retain photos on remote servers or use them for model training.
4.4 Local Storage & User Control
Original photos and cartoonized results are stored locally on the user’s device only.
Users have complete control over their content and may:
• save files,
• manage photo history, and
• permanently delete photos at any time.
When a user deletes an image, the file and all related data are permanently removed and are not recoverable.
4.5 No Sharing to Third Parties
Boomi does not share photos, face-related information, or processing data with any third parties for advertising, analytics, AI training, or other purposes.
We take advanced technical measures to protect your data, including:
· Encrypting data during transmission to prevent unauthorized access.
· Limiting access to your data only to team members who need it for work purposes.
· Setting up backup and recovery systems to avoid data loss.
Your Responsibility: It is your duty to keep your account credentials (such as your password) secure and to be careful of phishing attempts or suspicious links.
· View and Modify Information: You can check and update your personal information by accessing the profile settings in the App.
· Request Data Deletion or Withdraw Consent: To request the deletion of your personal data, please send an email to ejjdjwpz213822@163.com. Note that some data may be retained for legal or operational reasons.
· Unsubscribe from Marketing Emails: You can turn off promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or adjusting the relevant settings in the App.
Boomi is not designed for users under the age of 17. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors under 17. If we find that we have collected data from a minor under 17, we will take immediate action to delete that information.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when necessary. For significant changes, we will notify you through in-App notifications or emails. If you continue to use the App after these changes take effect, it means you agree to the updated Policy.
